Workloads

New Assignments page for admins with all the workload assignments and their progress. Ability to filter by assignment start date, status, evaluator, and workload name.

Admins can now reassign the remaining or all evaluation, of assignments that are in progress, to the other evaluators who are part of the same workload cycle. This way, if any of your team members is OOO, you can adjust their workload accordingly. 🎉

Follow these simple steps:

Simply click the "Reassign" button next to the assignment you want to reassign and select how many of the remaining evaluations you want to reassign. You can reassign evaluations partially or fully.

We've also fixed the update of evaluations distribution among evaluators for workloads with all reviewees selected, in case when new reviewees are added to your account.

Evaluations

Revamped UX for Hybrid evaluations. When you select to do a hybrid evaluation, using AutoQA, either through the stand-alone evaluation form or as part of a workload assignment, you have access to the ticket details.

This way you can review all you need, while the AI is preparing its output, save time and be more on the flow.

When it comes to accepting evaluations, you now have the option to let your reviewees automatically accept evaluations that have a full score and cannot be disputed. This way your reviewees can focus on reviewing evaluations where there is feedback.

Disputes

We've added more options for your organisation dispute flow:

  • You can let your reviewees automatically accept evaluations after a dispute is resolved. This way they don't have to accept the evaluation explicitly, however, make sure you have the dispute update notifications turned on so they don't miss on evaluators' feedback.

  • If you have a dispute limit, you also have the option to let your time automatically accept evaluations that might have been disputed but the group leader didn't review the dispute on time.

Fixed a bug on the dispute flow and removed empty comment boxes when users are unable to comment.

Settings

Updates on help desk connections and data integration:

  • You can now ingest all your data from Twillio.

  • If you have your Knowledge Base on Zendesk, you have the option to sync all your articles or specific categories directly on Intryc.

Data

Fixed a couple of issues for Intercom data ingestion and have made internal notes and ticket status updates more accurate.

Reports

We've made the report tables under "Reviewees > Source" clickable to allow you to focus on all or failed evaluations that come from certain workloads or stand-alone categories.
