Tickets
You can view the support tickets ingested from your help desk on Tickets > Overview. You can filter tickets by status, assignee, and, in case they have an evaluation, evaluator or evaluation outcome.

By clicking on a ticket, you can also view its messages and details, as well as any evaluations submitted for that ticket. Users with different roles will have different view permissions on the tickets:
Admins and evaluators have access to all tickets and their evaluations.
Reviewees have access only to tickets assigned to them and completed evaluations they have received on those tickets.
