Reporting

We've updated the Reviewees > Overview page to include passed and failed evaluations and percentage of those. Also, we've moved all the tables with the individual and group performance over time to this page.

We've added a "Ticket Groups" page to view performance of the team by "Ticket Group".

Across "Groups", "Individuals" and "Ticket Groups" pages, you can see all the top level performance metrics for evaluations.

Finally, for each page under "Reviewees", you can select the filters and options you prefer and export all the data with one click. The data will be downloaded in an XLSX file and each graph or table will be in one tab in the downloaded file.
