Criteria

We've just made drafting AutoQA instructions for criteria easier!

If you're just getting started, click on "Template" to import a template with the main sections required for optimal AutoQA results. You can read more in our Best Practicesarrow-up-right guide.

If you already have a first draft of what you want AutoQA to evaluate but want that final touch, click on "Refine" and we will suggest an improved, AutoQA-ready version of your initial instructions. You can edit any parts you think are not right and update with the suggested instructions.

AutoQA

We've done a few improvements and fixes for AutoQA output language, positive feedback and the retrieval of linked knowledge base articles.

Account management

You can now create multiple workspaces for your organisation. This allows you to manage multiple, separate environments. Each workspace can represent a distinct entity, department, or client. Users with access to more than one workspace can easily switch between them without needing multiple logins.

To view your existing workspaces and create new, go to "Settings > Workspaces".

You can create new ones from the "Create new" option.

To switch between workspaces, click on your name, at the bottom left, then "Switch workspace" and select the workspace you want to switch to.

Calibration

You can now edit calibration sessions! You can adjust the name, due date, remove or add tickets for calibration and manage the participants.

We've also made several bug fixes around the status and participation for ticket calibrations.

Data export

When you export evaluations, you now have the option to include the root causes for the selected evaluations.

Evaluations

A few small fixes on evaluations:

  • Removed the "Outcome" columns from the "In progress by team" evaluations table, since it's not relevant.

  • If multiple evaluations exist in a ticket, make sure they appear in order based on the date they were created.

  • For optional criteria with root causes enabled, we've disabled the option to select any root causes if you select "Skip'.

Other

Resolved an issue with random ticket selection for workloads when the option to include all evaluated tickets is selected.

Fixed a bug for Guru integration to ensure we only try to fetch collection with proper read access.

For Settings > Limits, fixed a bug to be able to select Slack notifications.
