Workloads

Updated workload form with new copy and "Frequency" section. New, optional end date selection. Workloads past their end date will be archived.

New "Cancelled" status for "In progress" workload cycles when their parent workloads is archived.

Handle issue with workload cycles when start date and frequency get updated. Start date can be updated to date and time after the start date of the last cycle.

Tickets

Full image display support on pop-up window so you don't have to keep clicking and opening new tabs.

Display audio player for calls which are part of the tickets.

Criteria

File import support for adding new criteria. Go to "Criteria", select "Import from CSV" on the top right and upload your CSV file. Make a copy of our templatearrow-up-right and read the file format guidelinesarrow-up-right to get up to speed.

Disputes

Issue fix with "Delivered", "Received", and "All" dispute tables to only display "Open" and "Resolved" disputes.

Reporting

New "Assignments" page for evaluators with the following metrics:

  • Total assignments

  • Percentage of completed assignments

  • Assigned evaluations (from all the assignments)

  • Percentage of completed assigned evaluations

The same metrics are displayed for the entire team and by evaluator.

Added redirection on the performance by criterion group tables.

Click on the criterion group you're interested and you'll be redirected to the Evaluation scores table with criteria of the specific group preselected for you.

Issue fix on dispute reports to properly redirect to dispute tables.

Other

Updated drop-downs across the app. Replaced "Select X" to "All Xs", removed "Select all" option and added "Clear all" option.

Combined "Evaluators" and "Evaluator type" filters to one.

Evaluations

Data export supports option to filter by evaluator type, i.e. "Evaluator" or "AI Agent".

Evaluation scores table supports sorting.
