Data ingestion

We have two new connections, with Modjo and HubSpot.

Tickets

You can bookmark tickets so you can access them easily under Tickets > Bookmarked.

Workloads

We have a new setting for workloads to allow you to set the tagret for group leaders to zero. This will be applied to all your workloads.

We have updated our reviewee selection in the workload form to more easily allow you to include all reviewees in a workload and keep it in sync with newly added ones.

Finally, we have updated our workload creation logic to allow you to have users who are evaluator and reviewees in both roles. The only limitation is that they will not be able to review themselves.

Coaching

We have fixed a couple of bugs to remove criteria with no evaluations and html tags from comments when creating a session.

Calibration

We fixed the due date to be aligned with your selected time zone and updated the default filtering in calibration tasks to show only in progress assignments.

AutoQA

Updated the AI prompt to not elaborate extensively on the scoring guidelines when providing feedback.

We've also updated the AutoQA report to be able to select multiple AutoQA types at once.
