Evaluations

You can view evaluations in which the reviewee is you or your groups members, either by selecting a specific ticket from the Tickets > Overview page (as described in the previous section) or from the Evaluations > Received page.

When you click on the Evaluations > Received page, by default, you will see all the evaluations you have received as an individual, i.e. where you are the reviewee. You can filter evaluations by ticket ID, completion date and outcome, i.e. Pass or Fail.

If you are a group leader, you can select Evaluations > Received > My groups to see the evaluations that all your groups members have received. In addition to ticket ID, completion date and outcome, you can also filter evaluations by reviewee and group (in case you are a group leader of multiple groups).

When you click on any of the evaluations, you will be redirected to the ticket this evaluation refers to. To view an evaluation's details, you can click on it. You can see the date the evaluation was started, completed and last edited, the scorecard that was used and the results for each criterion, i.e. a score rating and, potentially, a comment. To view comments, click on the criteria.

Accepting an evaluation

Reviewees are not allow to edit an evaluation. The only options you have is to accept or dispute an evaluation.

To accept an evaluation you can simply click on the "Accept" button. This means you agree with and acknowledge the scores and feedback you have received.

If you do not agree with the scores and feedback you have received, you can let the evaluator know by disputing the evaluation. To do so, you can click on the "Dispute" button.
