Knowledge bases

Intryc supports the following knowledge base integrations:

  • Confluence

  • Google Drive

  • Guru

  • Notion

In addition, Intryc automatically fetches articles from your connected help desks, including:

  • Freshdesk

  • Intercom

  • Zendesk

To connect a knowledge base, go to Settings > Connections, click Connect next to your provider, and follow the setup steps.
