Managing Coaching Sessions
Session Statuses
Each session moves through three main statuses:
DRAFT
Session is being prepared.
Only visible to coaches/admins.
Can be edited freely.
SCHEDULED
Session is ready and planned for delivery.
Coachee is notified when status changes to SCHEDULED.
Notification includes session name and the planned delivery date.
Visible to the coachee.
Still editable before delivery.
DELIVERED
Session has been delivered to the coachee.
Can still be viewed and updated (e.g., action items).

Status & Visibility Rules:
Coachees only see SCHEDULED and DELIVERED sessions.
DRAFT sessions remain hidden from coachees.
Editing a Session
Go to the session:
/coaching/{sessionId}Edit any of the following:
Session Details – Name, coach, dates, scorecards, status
Criteria / Discussion Points – Add/remove criteria, update summaries
Notes – Overall session notes
Private Notes – Internal coach notes
Action Points – Add, edit, complete
Changes are saved automatically or via a Save button, depending on your setup.
Deleting a Session
Coaches (with appropriate permissions) and admins can delete sessions.
Deleting a session also deletes all associated discussion points and action items.
This action is permanent.
