Overview

What is Coaching?

Coaching helps you turn quality evaluations into structured, actionable feedback for your team.

A coaching session pulls evaluation data from a specific time period and turns it into:

  • Discussion points

  • Concrete examples

  • Action items and follow-ups

The goal is to make performance conversations clear, consistent, and easy to track over time.

Core Concepts

  • Coachee: The team member receiving coaching (usually an agent/reviewee).

  • Coach: The person running the session (manager, lead, evaluator, or admin).

  • Discussion Points: Criterion-based feedback areas, supported by specific evaluation examples.

  • Action Points: Concrete, trackable tasks for the coachee to complete.

  • Review Period: The date range from which evaluations are pulled for the session.
