Disputes

You can update the score when you resolve disputes so you can accept a dispute while adjusting the suggested score of the disputant.

We've also done minor UI improvements to display the original, suggested and final scores and not letting evaluators select the original score.

Also, once you resolve each disputed criterion, you can see the sequence of original -> suggested -> submitted scores easily.

Also, fixed bugs for disputes display for users with role "Reviewee and Evaluator" and not allowing evaluators to access "Pending" or "Closed" disputes through URLs.

Evaluations

Fixed issue with editing evaluations when a ticket has multiple completed evaluations.

Added bubbling animation when hovering over ratings.

Workloads

Improved UI and more flexible scheduling for workloads.

You can set up workloads with daily cycle duration custom days of the week. This helps to:

• Better manage resources.

• Allow your team to focus on QA during certain days of the week.

• Split weekly cycles to daily and have daily targets to increase accountability.

• Have AutoQA doing all the evaluations during a certain day of the week so your agents don't get distracted throughout the week.

Removed "Archived" workloads from all the remaining drop-downs and reports throughout the app.

Improved handling of workload cycle and assignment status when deleting evaluations of completed assignments.

Fixed bug with number of available tickets in workload form.

Calibration

Disable editing evaluations for non-leading participants prior to due date.

Fixed unresponsive calibration session selection for evaluators and wrong time displayed.

AutoQA

Improvements on highlighted message selection.

Misc

Fixed bugs with multiple notifications, sent due to evaluation auto-save, and workspace creation.

Properly decide ticket subjects to display <, >, and other characters as such.

Handle "Reviewee" users' update to "Deactivated" properly and remove them from user groups, tags, and workloads.

Improved performance across the app, for the most time consuming requests and slow-loading pages.

Data Ingestion

Fixed bug for ingesting tickets from the selected start date; only for Intercom connections.
