Criteria

We've released an updated "Refine" option for criteria:

1. You can use "Refine" from the criterion form to improve instructions based on general guidelines and best practices.

2. You can go to Criteria > AutoQA optimizations" and click on "New optimization". You can then select the criterion you want to optimize and select the corrected cases you want to be analyzed and used to refine the AutoQA instructions.

Once you've submitted the optimization, a background job will start running. Once it's ready, the status will be updated from "In progress" to "Completed" and you can review the result and decide whether you want to apply the changes or not.

AutoQA

AutoQA can now look-up all the macros ingested from your help desk and check if the reviewee did a proper usage of macros. Simply select the option below on the AutoQA section of the relevant criteria.

Tickets

We've added a loading screen on manually created tickets with recordings to give you visibility on transcription generation.

Misc

We've fixed a persistent issue with logouts.
