Evaluations
You can view when each evaluation was accepted and if it was accepted by the reviewee or automatically by the system. Both on evaluations tables and individual evaluations.

Also, you can check which reviewees have seen their evaluations even if they haven't actioned on them.

When working on or editing a hybrid or AutoQA evaluation, you can directly submit feedback for the AI. Simply click on "Share feedback for AutoQA", once you edit the specific criterion, and add your feedback. It will only be visible to Admins and Evaluators in edit mode.

Reporting
You will be able to see all the feedback for the AutoQA, along with any score or comment corrections, in the "AutoQA > Evaluation scores" reports page.

Disputes
When you select a dispute on the disputes tables, it will open on a new tab. This allows you to look at multiple disputes without losing your filter or ordering options.
Also, reviewees can no longer edit their disputes once they are partially or fully reviewed.
Tickets
Added transcriptions for manually created tickets with audio files!
Handle HTML entities throughout the ticket pages so you can see things like > and & instead of > and &.
Settings
There's a new option under Workflow settings and Evaluations to allow or not evaluators to edit other evaluations other than theirs.
Coaching
You can directly manage, i.e. schedule, deliver, and delete coaching sessions from the "Sessions" page under coaching.

Fixed a bug in coaching navigation.
Finally, within coaching sessions, we've aligned the colouring of the performance of each criterion with your preferred settings.
Other
Fixed an issue with workload creation or update when setting zero target values for reviewees.
Fixed the Mode values on the Criteria table.
Handle GSM-formatted WAV files in manual ticket creation.
