Criteria

We have added Markdown editor with all the basic format option in the criterion instructions, both for evaluators and AutoQA, to improve readability and structure of instructions.

Evaluations

Minor fix to remove the ?autoQA=True from the URL links to avoid rerunning AutoQA and changing the results when someone visits an evaluation link with this query parameter.

Improved reference and formatting to instructions on the evaluation card:

Workloads

Added new "Inactive" status for workloads and moved all current "Archived" workloads to "Inactive".

From now on, "Archived" workloads and their evaluations (and the disputes of those evaluations) will be completely hidden across the app. This allows you to remove clutter from workloads used for test purposes or no longer relevant to your team.

Fixed a bug where workloads switched from "Autonomous" to another mode, with in progress AutoQA assignments, would not be executed.

Knowledge Base

Added filtering option by "Source", sorting options and added more table information.

Data ingestion

For Aircall users, we know handle your calls' expiration so they always remain visible when you select a ticket.

Sampling rules

You can know sample ticket based on your customers' attributes, as found on your help desk.

Reporting

Add "Ticket Group" filter option across all Reviewees reporting pages.

User management

Search capability when you import groups from your help desks.
