Tickets

Reviewees, both individuals and group leaders, can go to Tickets > Overview to see all the tickets from your help desks.

You can filter tickets by ID, created and updated date, assignee, ticket group and ticket status.

When selecting a ticket, you will see its details and messages, as shown below. However, you will only be able to see evaluations for tickets in which:

  • You are the reviewee.

  • Any of your group members is the reviewee, in case you are a group leader.
