Overview

This section describes how users with Reviewee role can use Intryc. Reviewees can be individuals or group leaders or both.

Individual reviewees can:

1. View all the tickets ingested from your help desk.

2. View the evaluations they have received.

3. Create and view disputes related to these evaluations.

4. View their performance over time.

Reviewees who are group leaders can:

1. View all the tickets ingested from your help desk.

2. View the evaluations all their team members have received.

3. Create and view disputes related to these evaluations.

4. View the performance of their team members over time.

5. View and manage their groups.
