Checks

Before starts evaluating, AutoQA does a couple of checks it always does. If any of these are not met, AutoQA skips the evaluation:

  • There is at least one ticket comment from the customer.

  • There is at least one ticket comment from the reviewee.

Output

AutoQA scores each criterion separately. For each one, there are up to 3 pieces of information AutoQA's output will include:

  • Rating score or Skip: This is the either the rating or the "Skip" option, based on the ratings, the option to skip and instructions.

  • Root causes: The root causes selected by AutoQA based on the checks the reviewee failed.

  • Comment: Details of the check the reviewee missed and justification.
