Training

We've released our first version for Quizzes! 🎉

Select a name and pass rate for your quiz. Then enable the option for AI-generated quiz, select the KB articles based on which the questions will be generated, the number and type of questions you want and give a prompt about what specifically you'd like to test.

AI will generate a number of questions with answers, based on your options. You can edit or delete any parts of them and add any new questions you want.

Criteria

The "Refine" option for improving AutoQA is now also using the internal reasoning of the AI for incorrect scores to better understand what went wrong and provide better recommendations on how instructions can be updated.

Evaluations

You can now attach or copy paste screenshots to evaluation and dispute comments. This allows you to give richer feedback to your agents, especially for internal systems or tooling usage.
