Settings
Now you can set up monthly evaluation limit to manage your billing.
Once your team reaches the monthly limit, they won't be able to do any more evaluations and you will receive a notification.
You can also set up an alert threshold (lower than the limit) to receive a notification before your limit is reached.

Sampling rules
You can now sample tickets from specific help desks, in case you have more than one help desks connected to Intryc.

For categorical fields, e.g. Group, Rating, Status, Help Desk, and all custom ticket fields, you can select more than ones values at once, without the need for multiple condition groups.

Tickets
You can filter your tickets by help desk, in case of multiple help desks connected to Intryc.

Added "Rating" under ticket details for quick visibility on the CSAT score or survey outcome.

Data
Freshchat conversations are now split to interaction so you can evaluate specific interactions your users had with your support team.
Evaluation
The evaluation data export now also contains info on the duration of the evaluations. Only applies to manual or hybrid evaluations.

Insights
We've added the option to filter topics and categories across all Insights based on the help desk "Group".
