Reporting

We've started releasing our coaching reporting. It includes top level metrics including:

• Delivered coaching sessions

• Coached reviewees

• Total and completed action items

More to come next week.

We've also refactoring our entire reporting to increase speed and be able to support more functionalities. We've released a refactored version for the Disputes reports.

We've done some updates on the evaluation insights summaries to make them more personalised to individuals.

We've also fixed a small bug with the date selection.

Criteria

You can know link all Knowledge Base articles to a criterion, in one click, and keep it synced with any new articles.

We've added sorting for all columns and ability to filter by criterion group in the AutoQA optimisations table to help with navigation.

AutoQA

We've improved handling of large KB articles.

We've added a new setting to allow you to enable KB article citation for AutoQA. If selected, AutoQA will cite any KB articles it used in the evaluation.

Data ingestion

We have a new integration with Brainbase Labs.

Misc

We've fixed our user group sync to also update group names when changed in your help desks.

In workloads, we've updated the reviewee selection to avoid counting both groups and individuals and showing all the badges for individuals when selecting groups.
