Information used

Before you set up your AutoQA criteria, it's important to understand what information AutoQA uses to evaluate tickets, and how this information is being used. This will allow you to make the most out of it.

There are 3 sources of information being used:

  • Ticket information: It includes almost all the information you also have access to when you view a specific ticket on Intryc.

  • Criterion information: It contains most parts of the criterion configuration.

  • Reviewee details: This is the email and name of the user who is being reviewed. In case of multiple agents participating in the conversation, this is important to let AutoQA know which agent is being reviewed.
