Twilio
Go to your Twilio Account Dashboard Scroll at the bottom of the page and you will locate the "Account Info" section. This is the information that you need to share with Intryc.

Go to Intryc Connections Go to Intryc, scroll down the side bar and go to Settings > Connections. Alternatively, you can use
https://your-subdomain.intryc.com/settings/company/connections.Add a New Connection
Click "Connect" next to the Twillio option. A new pop-up window will appear, displaying the next steps for setting up the connection. Here's what the window should look like:

Complete the Connection
Fill out the form using the information from the Twilio account info steps earlier in this guide. Here’s what each field represents:
Account SID: Use the Account SID from twilio. This is a unique identifier for your account
Auth Token: This secret is autogenerated. Never share this with anyone.
Start date: This is the date from which tickets will be ingested on Intryc. There's a limit of up to 3 months.
Once you've filled out the form, select "Add". Please note that this is a read-only integration, meaning we can only read your data, not modify it.
Complete the Integration After you approve the integration in Twilio, you’ll be redirected back to Intryc. Your Zendesk connection will now be displayed as active.
