Freshchat
Steps 1 and 2 below are slightly different if you have your own dedicated Freshchat instance. You can check the URL when log in your Freshchat account to understand if this is the case.
If your URL is
https://your-domain.myfreshworks.comthen you don't have your dedicated Freshchat instance.If your URL is https://your-domain.freshchat.com then you have your own Freshchat instance.
Go to your Freshchat profile setting
Log in your Freshchat account and click on Settings at the left of the menu.

Generate API token Click on your profile icon at the top right and select "Personal settings". Then, go to the "API" tab to view your API key.

Under "API details for chat", you will need your API key and your chat URL. If you have your own Freshchat instance, you only need your API key.

Go to Intryc Connections
On Intryc, scroll down the side bar and go to Settings > Connections. Alternatively, you can use
https://your-subdomain.intryc.com/settings/company/connections.
Connect Freshchat
Click "Connect" next to Freshchat. Fill out the form using the following information:
Subdomain: Enter your Freshchat subdomain. This is the chat URL from the previous step but slightly modified, e.g.
https://intryc-team-b515d6e4d861b1d17408390.freshchat.com. If your have your own Freshchat instance, this is the URL you see on your browser, e.g.https://your-domain.freshchat.com.API token: Enter the API token form the previous step.
Data ingestion start date: This is the date from which tickets will be ingested on Intryc. There's a limit of up to 3 months.

Complete the Integration After filling the details, select "Add". At that point, the integration is done. Your integration will now be displayed as active.
