Jira Service Management

  1. Go to Intryc Connections On Intryc, scroll down the side bar and go to Settings > Connections. Alternatively, you can use https://your-subdomain.intryc.com/settings/company/connections.

  2. Connect Jira Service Management

Click "Connect" next to Jira Service Management. Fill out the form using the following information:

    • Start date: This is the date from which tickets will be ingested on Intryc. There's a limit of up to 3 months.

    • Base URL: Enter your Jira subdomain which you can get from your your home or any other page. The format should be https://{your-subdomain}.atlassian.net.

  3. Authorise Jira Once you fill in the details, select "Add". This will redirect you to Atlassian, where you'll be prompted to authorize Intryc to access your account. If you're not already signed in, you'll be asked to log in first. Please note that this is a read-only integration, meaning we can only read your data, not modify it. If you have a "Use app on" drop-down, select the same Jira subdomain you added in the previous step.

  4. Select Jira Projects Once you complete the authorization, you will be re-directed back to the Intryc platform. A dialog labeled “Edit Jira Projects” will appear. Please select the projects you’d like to sync from your Jira workspace and click "Update".

  5. Complete the Integration After authorization, you'll be automatically redirected back to our app. At this point, the integration is done. Your integration should be displayed as "Active".
