Create a token on Guru

First, you will need to create a token in Guru. To do this, go on your Guru homepage and select "Manage" on the sidebar menu. The, select "Apps and Integrations" on the secondary bar and the "API Access" tab.

Under "User Tokens", click on "Generate user token", select the associated user and click on "Generate token". Copy the token somewhere safely for the next step. It is recommended to use a dedicated user which will remain a part of the organisation.

Go to Intryc Connections

On Intryc, scroll down the side bar and go to Settings > Connections. Alternatively, you can use https://your-subdomain.intryc.com/settings/company/connections.

Connect Guru

Click "Connect" next to Guru, under the Knowledge bases section. When clicking "Connect", you will need to provide the token from the first step and the email of the user you selected when creating the token. The, select "Validate Credentials".

Once we've validated the credentials you have provided, you can select the collection you want to import on Intryc. If you don't select any collections, we will ingest all of them. You can always come back and update which collections you want to import.

Wait for articles to sync Once you click on "Connect", Intryc will start importing all your cards from Guru. Once the ingestion is completed, go to "Tools > Knowledge Base" to view your Guru cards.
