Google Drive

  1. Go to Intryc Connections

    On Intryc, scroll down the side bar and go to Settings > Connections. Alternatively, you can use https://your-subdomain.intryc.com/settings/company/connections.

  2. Connect Google Drive

    Click "Connect" next to Google Drive, under the Knowledge bases section. By clicking "Connect", you will authorize access to your Google Drive and redirected to a Google page to grant access.

  3. Select root folder Once the authorization is successful, you will be redirected back to Intryc and the Google Drive connection should have the "Finish setup" option. When you click on it, you will need to add the ID of the root folder which you want to integrate with Intryc. Intryc will sync all the Google Docs under the root folder and it subfolders.

    To identify your root folder ID, go to your Google Drive, select the folder you want to sync and copy paste the ID ferom the URL. In the below example, the URL of the "Meet Recording" folder is 17nkCt6YdFAZrexZRhLaFdjkEveMX5Y5a:

You can use either your personal Google Drive account associated with the email of your Intryc account of your company's Google Drive.

Also, you can only link one root folder, so make sure all the docs you want to sync are under the selected folder.
