Connected help desks

Intryc automatically syncs all the knowledge base articles from the following help desks:

  • Freshdesk

  • Intercom

  • Zendesk

For Freshdesk and Intercom, no action is needed once the help desk connection is completed.

For Zendesk, once the help desk connection is completed, you will an option to "Connect" Zendesk under the Knowledge bases section of the Connections page:

When you click connect, you have the option to specify if you want to ingest articles from a certain Zendesk Knowledge Base category or all categories.

If you want a certain category, you can identify its ID by:

  1. Going to the Knowledge admin page on Zendesk Knowledge Base and the "Arrange articles" section below:

  2. Clicking on the category you want and copy paste its ID from the URL. In this example, for "General" category, the ID is 25402485443357, as shown in the URL:
