Evaluating Calibration Tickets

If you have been added to a calibration session, you will find all the assigned tickets under Tasks > Calibration tickets.

You can also navigate to Calibrations > Sessions and click on the session you are a part of. It will open the calibration tickets page and you can click on any ticket to start evaluating.

• A ticket will open up. On the ticket, there is a Calibrations tab.

• Make sure you are on the Mine tab.

• Evaluate each criterion and add a comment for the ticket.

• Click Submit to submit your calibration.

Before exiting, save or submit your work to avoid losing progress.

Comparing Calibration Evaluation Results

To view how participants evaluated the ticket in the calibration session, switch to the All tab.

If you are a lead participant, you will see a Compare results button below all of the participant evaluation scores.

Clicking that button will open up a side drawer that shows a comparison table between the lead participant’s evaluation and other participants' evaluation.
