Updating a workload

You can edit an existing workload at any time by clicking on it from the Workloads Overview page. When you save your changes, a confirmation dialog will show which updates take effect immediately and which apply from the next cycle.

Effective Immediately

The following changes apply to the current in-progress cycle:

• Sampling rules

• Scorecard

• Reviewee selection within a ticket (assignee, first responder, last responder, most active, participant, all agents)

Effective in the Next Cycle

The following changes only apply from the next cycle onwards, to avoid disrupting work already in progress:

• Reviewees

• Target

• Distribution

• Schedule

This distinction ensures that changes like redistributing evaluations or adjusting targets don't invalidate work that evaluators have already started or completed in the current cycle.
