Admin
Admins have the highest permission level. As an Admin, when you log in, you will have the following view:

Admin are able to:
View all reports and analytics, for both reviewees and evaluators.
Create training sessions.
View all tickets and ticket sampling rules.
Assign tickets to reviewees.
Create calibration sessions.
View all evaluations.
View all disputes.
Create and manage workloads and view their cycles, assignments and evaluations.
Create a coaching session and view all sessions.
Create calibration sessions and view all calibration tickets.
Create and manage scorecards, including criteria and custom fields.
Create sampling rules.
Managing the knowledge base and its articles.
Manage company settings and add help desk connections.
Invite and manage users' roles.
Set an evaluation limit.
Create and manage user groups and tags.
