Admin

Admins have the highest permission level. As an Admin, when you log in, you will have the following view:

Admin are able to:

  • View all reports and analytics, for both reviewees and evaluators.

  • Create training sessions.

  • View all tickets and ticket sampling rules.

  • Assign tickets to reviewees.

  • Create calibration sessions.

  • View all evaluations.

  • View all disputes.

  • Create and manage workloads and view their cycles, assignments and evaluations.

  • Create a coaching session and view all sessions.

  • Create calibration sessions and view all calibration tickets.

  • Create and manage scorecards, including criteria and custom fields.

  • Create sampling rules.

  • Managing the knowledge base and its articles.

  • Manage company settings and add help desk connections.

  • Invite and manage users' roles.

  • Set an evaluation limit.

  • Create and manage user groups and tags.
