Completing a Simulation

If you have been assigned a simulation, complete it under Training > Assignments.

Click Start to view the simulation.

Read the instructions provided and click Start Simulation when you are ready.

Chat, email, or call with the AI as you would in a real scenario.

When you feel like you have satisfied the customer's questions and have ended the chat as you would normally, click End to end the simulation. In some cases, the AI customer may end the conversation naturally ("Thank you for your help!")

AutoQA will then take 10-30 seconds to score your simulation.

Scoring

Your simulation will be scored based on the criteria from the scorecard the creator has selected. To learn more about the AutoQA scoring process, go here.

Evaluation Details:

• Overall Score: Total score as percentage (e.g., 85%)

• Outcome: Pass/Fail based on scorecard pass rate

• Score by Criterion: Performance on each criterion

• Comments: AI-generated feedback per criterion

• Conversation Transcript: Full message history

After reviewing the evaluation card, Click Submit to submit your simulation.

Once you submit the simulation, you will not be able to retake the same simulation (one attempt only).
