Import from CSV

Importing Criteria from CSV

You can bulk import multiple criteria by going to Tools > Criteria and clicking Import from CSV.

Download the provided CSV template and fill in the following fields for each criterion:

Field	Description
Name	A clear, descriptive name for the criterion
Group	The category this criterion belongs to (e.g. "Communication", "Processes")
Instructions for evaluators	Guidance for human QAs on how to assess this criterion
Rating scale	The scoring system (Binary, 3-point, 4-point, or 5-point)
Ratings and scores	The label and numeric score for each rating level
Mode	The scoring impact: Critical, Standard, or Soft
AutoQA instructions	The prompt for AI evaluation (optional)
Root causes	Failure reasons to track when the criterion is marked down (optional)

Once completed, upload the file and review the import preview to ensure everything looks correct. Click Import to create all criteria at once.

For easier management, consider importing criteria in batches related to the same quality area (e.g. all compliance criteria together).
