Workload Assignments

To view your assignments, go to Tasks > Assignments. By default, you'll see all in-progress assignments. You can filter by status or by specific workloads.

For each assignment, you can see the workload it belongs to, its status, start and end dates, and a progress bar. The progress bar shows empty for not started, orange for in-progress evaluations, and green for completed ones.

Description

In Progress

Ongoing assignments you can work on.

Completed

You've hit the target number of evaluations. No more tickets can be evaluated.

Uncompleted

The end date was reached before you completed the target. No more tickets can be evaluated.

Cancelled

The assignment was cancelled due to a cancelled workload or admin action.

Evaluating a Ticket

For each in-progress assignment, you have two actions:

  • New Ticket — Selects a random eligible ticket based on the workload's sampling rules. If no eligible tickets are available, you'll be notified.

  • Continue — Resumes your latest in-progress evaluation.

Once you're viewing a ticket with its evaluation on the right-hand side, you have three options:

  • Skip — Use this if the ticket shouldn't be evaluated (e.g. incorrect selection). The skipped ticket won't count towards your target and will be replaced by another.

  • Save — Save your progress and come back later.

  • Submit — Mark the evaluation as complete. It becomes visible to the reviewee (unless hidden in the workload settings) and the system takes you to the next ticket.

This process continues until there are no more eligible tickets or you've reached the target number of evaluations for the assignment.

If AutoQA is enabled as Co-Pilot, the evaluation will be pre-scored by AI when you open the ticket. You can review and edit the AI's scores before submitting.
