Criterion information
When AutoQA scores a specific criterion for a ticket, in addition to the ticket information we covered previously, it also needs access to the criterion details.
The criterion details that AutoQA uses come from the criterion configuration.
It includes the basic criterion information:
The criterion name and group.
The rating names and scores.
If a criterion can be skipped or not.

It also includes:
The AutoQA instructions which should outline the checks AutoQA should do and, based on the outcome of those checks, how it should rate the reviewee.
The Knowledge Base articles linked to the criterion.

Finally, it also includes the root cause values and the additional root cause options.
